DARE Yourself

I wonder,

How many people haven't given up living for God

because they feel like a constant disappointment?

came across this scripture last night-

Lamentations 3:21-23

"I will never forget this awful time, as I grieve over my loss. Yet I still DARE to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to myself “The Lord is my inheritance; therefore I will hope in Him!” The Lord is good to those who depend on Him."

When our hearts are aimed to please, it's easy to be extremely conscious of every mistake we make. We become so critical of ourselves that we feel like we don't even measure up. At all.

So then why even try right?

If I just keep messing up, there is no point because I only feel like a disappointment.

• Before you ever let yourself buy in to that lie, remember Lam 3:21-23. That's God's love is faithful to NEVER end. His mercies- NEVER end...they begin fresh EACH MORNING!

TODAY:

Nothing you could ever do, could seperate you from God's love. He knows we're going to mess up and that we're not perfect- that was the whole reason for the Cross! You do your part and let God do the rest. It's a journey & not a sprint. Grow in His understanding of love and grace for you today!
